Farmhouse kitchen

When we settle into our permanent house, I hope to have a bright open-flow kitchen space.  I'd actually prefer to find a house with an out of date kitchen (and a price that reflects that) so I can do a full renovation and design it to my liking.   Criteria: sunlight, open, light cabinetry, open shelving...
